At Access Denied, we want to ensure your style is unmatched. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the fashion items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original packaging with all designer tags attached. Ensure garments are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
Attach the Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier. Once our warehouse inspects the items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
